Strength and Interest

 

I’ve been saying for years, “Folks I want on my team have to have Strength and Interest.”

If you have Strength in your position, and you’re Interested in it, you can move the world … or at least, a small part of it.  😉

If you’re not Strong at something, but Interested, you won’t be an asset to the team.  If you’re Strong at something, but not Interested, you won’t be an asset to the team.
